Help ASSET show up big at the Week of Welcome Information Tabling Fair this upcoming September 1!
This all-student fair is one of the biggest connection points of the year, bringing together new and returning students to explore campus resources, get involved, and find their people. Volunteers will be tabling at the University Commons Atrium, chatting with students, sharing what ASSET offers, and helping connect them to upcoming events, community, and support along the way.
Whether someone's just starting first year or navigating a totally different transition, our table is a chance to make sure they know ASSET is here for them. Bring your energy, this one has a festival vibe, so the more engaging we make our table, the more students we connect with!
Please email Justinah (asset@ualberta.ca) if you can help us for a period of time not listed on the shifts below (ex. can come from 12 - 1, etc).

Shift 1: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm (3 hours)

Shift 2: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm (3 hours)
- 12:00-3:00pm Tabling
Shift 3: 1:00 pm - 3:30pm (2.5 hours)
- 1:00 - 3:00pm Tabling
- 3:00 - 3:30pm Take down
