Business Alumni Association

The Business Alumni Association (BAA) represents all graduates from the BCom, MBA, and PhD programs at the Alberta School of Business. The goals of the alumni include promoting the continued interest of all graduates in the School; providing a means whereby alumni may join together for the enrichment of the School; encouraging the best candidates to attend the U of A; and providing a support network for students and graduates.

The BAA accomplishes these goals through events, student scholarships, mentorship programs, and by recognizing outstanding achievements by alumni.

The BAA is an active partner of and plays a significant role in promoting the work of the Alberta School of Business, its students and alumni. During the course of the academic year, the alumni provide financial and moral support to the students in the School. The Business Students' Association (BSA) and the Masters of Business Administration Association (MBAA) have representatives who sit on the Board of Directors of the alumni.

Our mission is to promote and enhance the School, its students, staff and alumni by encouraging the enrollment of outstanding students; establishing links between the School and the business community; support of the School in its education and outreach programs; assisting in research activities; and finally, promoting learning and fellowship among the School's stakeholders.
