Who We Are

Currently, one-third of Engineering at Alberta's 30,000 living alumni are under the age of 35. And this number is only getting bigger!

ENGGYAC was initiated in 2017, bringing together a team of like-minded volunteer engineering graduates with a common vision.  We are committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging environment where meaningful connections can evolve among alumni, professionals, industry partners, and the broader community, while celebrating diversity and encouraging lifelong learning. Our aim is to contribute to and support the community, industry, and educational institutions, creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all.

What We Do

ENGGYAC delivers engaging events and programs in support of the broader engineering community in Edmonton and Calgary focused on the following areas:

  • Community Engagement
  • Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
  • Networking
  • Professional Development and Mentorship
  • Speaker and Podcast Series
  • And more!
