Unwind Your Mind is a mental health initiative developed to support student well-being throughout the academic year by creating environments for students to de-stress. By providing these spaces in libraries across campus, we hope to encourage students to take breaks in their studies to connect with their well-being.
 
We are looking for Alumni Volunteers to help support the Unwind Your Mind Initiative on Campus to help students studying for exams! Volunteers will be helping the Unwind your Mind Team engage with students through different activities at libraries across North Campus. Exact locations will be provided closer to the date. 
 
Activities include: Helping students build exam kits, hand out snacks or working with students on a DIY activity such as mug painting, bracelet making or origami. No artistic skills are required :) 

Shifts are 1 hour long, but please feel free to sign up for more if you would like! 

All shifts will take place on North Campus libraries. Exact location and duties will be released closer to the start of the shift.
 
Parking will be provided to volunteers.
